His camps and clinics work with school-age players. Any enquiry about a minor should come from a parent or guardian, and information about a child is used solely to answer that enquiry. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Where a camp is run by an independent promoter, that promoter collects registration data under its own policy.
No fixed retention period has been set, and one should be. In practice, enquiry correspondence is kept while it is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted.
